Job Title: Blockchain Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting distributed blockchain-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and token standards. You’ll be a key contributor to developing decentralized solutions across various industries such as finance, supply chain, real estate, and ESG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop decentralized applications (dApps) on platforms like Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, or Cosmos SDK.
- Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other languages depending on the blockchain.
- Build and maintain private and public blockchain networks.
- Integrate blockchain services with existing systems using APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate smart contracts with web/mobile interfaces.
- Work with tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache, MetaMask, Remix, IPFS, The Graph, etc.
- Optimize gas usage and ensure security best practices (reentrancy, overflow/underflow, etc.).
- Participate in code reviews, audits, and testing (unit testing and testnets).
- Stay updated with new blockchain technologies, trends, and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development.
- Proficient in Solidity and/or Rust (Solana, Cosmos, Substrate experience is a plus).
- Deep understanding of smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, Layer 1 and Layer 2 chains.
- Hands-on experience with web3.js, ethers.js or other blockchain libraries.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for blockchain.
- Familiarity with wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect).
- Strong knowledge of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PoA, etc.).
- Good understanding of cryptographic principles used in blockchain.
- Knowledge of DIDs, oracles, ZKPs, and Layer 2 solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cosmos SDK, Substrate, or Hyperledger Fabric.
- Previous involvement in real-world blockchain deployments or open-source contributions.
- Familiarity with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155), and token standards (ERC-20, BEP-20, etc.).
- Experience with blockchain security audits and tools like MythX, Slither, or Certik processes.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of carbon credits, real-world assets (RWA), or tokenization frameworks.
- Experience in integrating AI or automation with blockchain platforms.
